We host a variety of organised sessions each week,  seven days of the week, across three different venues - Bunbury Tennis Club, Bunbury PCYC & Leschenault Leisure Centre. To view all session information including days, times, locations, skill levels and play format, please follow the steps below to create a PlaybyPoint account. Once created, you'll be able to browse and book in to play.

✅ How to Book (Step-by-Step)

Step 1: Choose How You Want to Book

You can book using:

Option B – Use the Web Version

Step 2: Create an Account (First Time Only)

If you're new to PlaybyPoint:

Create your profile > Add your details > Confirm through your email.

This only takes a few minutes.

Step 3: Book Your Session

Log into the app or webpage > Select your preferred session, reading the description and cancellation policy carefully > Read and accept waiver > Add your card for payment (only needs to be done once) > Confirm and complete your booking.

You’ll receive a confirmation email once you’re booked.

*Important Notes*

• Bookings are required for every session.
• Please book before arriving.
• If a session is full, you may join the waitlist. Whilst being waitlisted does not confirm a spot, you are in a queue and will be notified through PlaybyPoint if a spot opens up due to cancellation or capacity change. If you are moved into a session, payment is taken as normal and you have a spot secured in that session.

Why We Use PlaybyPoint?

This system helps us:

• Manage bookings and playing opportunities fairly.
• Reduce large numbers at sessions with lots of sitting off.
• Keep sessions organised and allow coordinators to be prepared.
• Provide a better playing experience for everyone.
• Future functionalities to support growth of our club, including casual court hire and membership upgrades etc.
